The partner code, last four digits of your Social Security Number, name & address is needed to obtain your PIN.
Visit participating dealer and identify yourself as Partner Recognition participant.
Provide the dealer with the last four digits of your SS# and PIN to confirm eligibility.
Select eligible vehicle & ask for copy of invoice.
Provide Chick-fil-A nametag for proof of Chick-fil-A’s program membership.
